In its 15th year, Taste of the Twin Cities is Jazzin' It Up!  On November 20th, the Pilot Club of the Twin Cities will host its 15th annual Taste of the Twin Cities from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the West Monroe Convention Center in West Monroe, Louisiana.  The event will showcase local restaurants featuring samples of delicious food from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. while retail exhibitors offer opportunities to shop from an array of specialties from 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.!  You won't want to miss the live entertainment by local musicians.  Also new this year will be throwdowns between local professionals who are the best in their respective fields.  And don't forget the always popular silent auction featuring items such as vacation packages!

Tickets are just $15 in advance or at the door.  Those who purchase tickets in advance will receive a special gift the day of the event.  New this year: if you just want to come for the shopping, the entry fee after 2:00 p.m. will be just $5 at the door!

Event coordinators are excited about the fresh ideas being added this year and anticipate that this year's fundraiser will be bigger and better than ever!  Last year there were over 45 vendors and restaurants to eat and shop from, all under one roof.  What better way to tantalize your tastebuds and do your holiday shopping all at once (or even sample around to help decide who you will choose to cater that holiday party)?

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Pilot Club's major projects such as the Adopt-a-School program,  Back-to-School shopping, American Cancer Society, Project Read,  Ouachita Parish Junior Miss, and the Girls Scouts, just to name a few.
